These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products and services from Analena Sofia Design LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By paying an invoice issued by Analena Sofia Design LLC, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not pay an invoice or proceed with an order.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Analena Sofia Design LLC regarding your purchase and use of our products and services. Payment of an invoice constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and a binding contract.

Order Process & Invoice-Based Purchases
Analena Sofia Design LLC does not offer traditional add-to-cart checkout on our website. All orders are initiated through inquiry and consultation. An order is confirmed only once a formal invoice is issued and paid. You may be required to complete a consultation or design approval before an invoice is finalized. Any change requests after invoice payment may incur additional fees or be declined at our discretion.
Pricing & Market Fluctuations
Because precious metals and gemstones are subject to market changes: All prices are subject to change prior to invoice issuance. Final pricing is determined at the time the invoice is issued. You agree that gold, gemstone, and diamond pricing may vary due to industry conditions, and the Company is not liable for any price differences after invoice payment.
Payment Terms
You must pay the invoice by the due date specified. Deposits, if required, are non-refundable. Full payment may be required prior to production. Failure to pay within the specified period may result in order cancellation.
Production Timeline & Delivery
Estimated timelines are provided at purchase, typically 6–8 weeks for custom orders. Timelines are approximate and may be extended due to material sourcing, holidays, or force majeure events. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Custom Design & CAD Approval
Many products are custom made and may require Client approval of design sketches or CAD renderings. Once you approve a design in writing (including revisions), the design is considered final. No further design changes are permitted once production begins.
Returns & Final Sale Policy
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted on custom pieces. Ready-to-ship items (if offered) may be eligible for return within 3–5 days subject to inspection and conditions outlined separately by the Company. You are responsible for shipping and insurance on returned items, if applicable.
Natural Stone & Variation Clause
Natural gemstones and diamonds vary in color, clarity, cut, and weight. Minor differences in appearance are not defects and do not constitute a basis for return or refund. The Company provides representations based on industry standards but does not guarantee exact matches to images or renderings.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
All shipments are fully insured at the time of shipment and require signature upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Warranty & Repairs
Analena Sofia Design LLC offers a limited craftsmanship warranty covering defects for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, resizing due to weight change, or loss. Additional services (repairs, resizing) may be offered for a fee.
Intellectual Property
All designs, renderings, sketches, photographs, and artistic content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Analena Sofia Design LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or sell any content provided by the Company without written permission.
Website Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view our website content for personal, informational, and non-commercial use only. You may not scrape, republish, or redistribute site materials without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: Analena Sofia Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from any purchase or use of products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid by you for the specific item in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or use of our products and services.
Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Texas.
Force Majeure
The Company is excused from performance for events beyond its control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, industry strikes, wars, or government actions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Analena Sofia Design LLC with respect to your purchase and supersede all prior agreements.
Modifications to Terms
Analena Sofia Design LLC may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website or providing notice. Your continued payment on future invoices constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
